技术规格：
1) 在招标人已有复线基础上进行技改，技改完成后，复线增加208-450ml罐型的生产能力；即改造后的复线具备6种罐型生产能力是一条多罐型可相互转换的生产线，在罐型切换频繁的前提下，年生产能力约为10.5亿罐；
2）本次技改完成后，复线主要生产罐型为211-330ml、211-500ml、211-550ml、204-330ml、204-200ml、208-450ml。
3）450ml产品尺寸：罐径63.5mm，罐高167.84mm，罐口内径52.4mm；

2. 交货地点和交货时间：
交货地点：哈尔滨宝钢制罐有限公司项目现场。
交货时间：中标通知书发出之日起6个月内
3.*凡确认投标的投标人请登录中国国际招标网平台（http://www.chinabidding.com），务必在开标前注册为其会员并通过年检以获得投标资格，中标情况将在中国国际招标网公示。

4. 购买招标文件时间：2022年12月20日起到2022年12月30日止。
5. 招标文件费：招标文件英文版及中文版一套（电子版），若中文和英文版有冲突以中文版为准。
1,500.00元人民币或250.00美元整。
招标文件均按标段进行计价出售，投标人成功购标后，自行下载招标文件和投标文件模板。招标文件一经售出不得退还。
6. 投标截止时间和开标时间：2023年01月10日10时30分（北京时间）。投标人应于投标截止时间前在宝华智慧招标共享平台成功递交所有电子投标文件。
7. 开标方式：一步法。
8. 开标地点：宝华智慧招标共享平台电子开标大厅。
9. *对投标人的资格要求：
1）未被国家企业信用信息公示系统(www.gsxt.gov.cn)列入严重违法失信企业名单;
2）末被“信用中国”网站( www.creditchina.gov.cn)列入失信被执行人名单;
3) 投标人或投标设备制造商应具有3套（含3套）罐型转换件的供货业绩，且至少有1套在同类工况下具有稳定运行一年以上的实绩（同类工况是指：生产能力与本次改造的二片罐生产线相当，罐型与本次改造罐型相类似，如Sleek、slim、stubby等罐型）。
