须提供总代理授权书或区域代理授权书复印件，如有需要，须提供正本备查。（ 3）销售业绩要求：投标人近三年（2021年1月1日至今）在中国境内直接销售无人值守智能化生产线的套数≥1套，其中机床主机参数满足X轴行程≥300 mm、Y轴行程≥400 mm、Z轴行程≥350 mm，

具有双交换工作台且工作台带第四轴。所提供业绩包含的产线须具备无人值守自动化生产的能力，否则在本次招标中视为无效业绩。须附相关业绩证明材料，合同扫描件须至少包含合同买卖双方盖章页、合同签订日期、设备名称型号及关键技术参数等信息（如果合同中不体现上述信息，须提供与合同对应的技术协议或其他证明材料）。业绩以合同签署时间为准，经销合同、代理合同等非因使用需求而签署的销售合同不属于有效业绩。（4）是否接受联合体投标：不接受联合体。
