结构配置:包括不锈钢箱体、超声波发生器及振子、红外发热丝、温度传感器、液位控制器、清洗框放置平台、防护网、隔热棉、进水管道和排水管道等;超声波清洗槽:上下料平台:在设备前端各设置一个平台,用于人工上料和下料,上下料平台需设置料框感应器,控制设备的自动动作。左右或者上下方向设置安全光栅来保障作业人员的安全;铜头清洗机工作流程:人工将铜头清洗框放入上下料平台→启动按钮→搬送装置将清洗框搬送到超声波清洗槽→下降→自动超声波清洗→上升→将清洗框搬送到吹干槽→自动吹水(热风)→将清洗框搬送到烘干槽→自动吹热气烘干→搬送装置将清洗框搬送到上下料平台→人工将铜头清洗框取走→动作循环启动;铜头清洗机为三槽串联结构,主要由上下料平台、超声波清洗槽、吹干槽、烘干槽、搬送装置、控制柜和操作盒等构成,吹干槽设置有上下吹热风装置(红外发热丝),底部部分风管需要对着铜头中心孔吹风;烘干槽需设置红外发热丝;设备主体结构和基本规格;
两个槽均要求上下斜角吹热风;功能要求:箱体不锈钢板厚度为2~3mm.;结构配置:包括不锈钢箱体、风刀、风管、红外发热丝、温度传感器、清洗框放置平台、防护网、隔热棉、气缸进退机构、鼓风机、整流风罩、排水管等;吹干槽和烘干槽:设有电磁阀,有自动补水功能。功能要求:箱体不锈钢板厚度为2~3mm;
控制柜:功能要求:连接上下料平台、超声波清洗槽、吹干槽和烘干槽。各部分达到设定要求后自动有序完成搬送动作循环。结构配置:包括横移伺服和夹取机械手;搬送装置:烘干槽主要提供铜头温度及用热风带走剩余附着在铜头上的水分。吹干槽主要作用将清洗后残留水吹落,适当提高铜头温度,设置上下各两排风嘴,风嘴交错安装,上下风嘴各不少于3个,相互垂直移动;
触摸屏每个程序画面需有中英文一键切换按钮。操作盘功能设置:操作盘按钮和画面设置参照美芝九期新增铜头清洗机设计制作;操作盘设置点:上料平台侧;触摸屏:使用三菱PLC型号为:FX3U-128MR;控制柜按“3.2.设备设计要求”制作;
设备精度要求:加工要求:搬送过程中料框移动平稳,工件在搬送过程无晃动,搬送过程中不能掉落;加工对象:压缩机铜头清洗,主要机种如下:加工对象及加工要求其他未明确的要求参照美芝九期新增铜头清洗机设计制作。

设备保修期:最终验收合格后一年,设备的保修期内,正常使用产生的各种损坏由卖方负责免费维修。设备的零部件有更长保修期或不在整机保修范围内的,则应特别列明详细如下:。前述没有列明的按整机免费保修期执行。保修期内因维修更换的部件,该部件的保修期从更换之日起重新起算。如设备在质保期内出现质量问题,卖方在收到买方或终端用户通知后,如是一般性的故障,优先采用邮件、电话以及聊天工具(微信、QQ)等方式进行问题判断,然后采用邮寄配件的方式至终端用户,指导终端用户安装和更换配件直至故障解决。如是非常难解决的故障问题,终端用户已无法自己解决问题的时候,设备制造商派人前往终端用户工厂进行维修,如发生费用,终端用户最多支付设备制造商共2次境外维修所产生的来回机票费(根据实际发生票据金额,不超过应标时的报价金额)及人工费用(每次1人7天,每人每天60美金),并且负责签证费(根据实际发生票据金额,不超过应标时的报价金额)、住宿及伙食(住宿及伙食由终端用户安排)。任何超出次数或超出每次7天时间产生的费用由设备制造商自行承担。设备到厂后,终端用户通知卖方来厂进行安装调试,卖方在接到终端用户安装调试通知后在三天内到达终端用户工厂,不得以任何理由拖延,除另行书面约定以外,所有相关费用均由卖方承担,包括但不限于差旅费、签证费,人工费等。最终到货地、收货人:买方指定港口仓库最终验收服务时间:2人*8天,除另行书面约定以外,所有相关费用均由卖方承担,包括但不限于差旅费、签证费,人工费等。卖方在合同签定后15天内提供设备制造进度计划表。卖方在合同签定后15天内提供设备基础图、布局图、自动上下料装置的进出口接口图、水、电、气等容量及接口位置图。
Othercommitments本协议用中英文两种文字写成,两种文字均具有效力,但两种文本内容不一致时应以中文版本为准。本技术协议附件一式三份;各方各持一份,具有同等法律效力。未尽设备技术事宜,协商解决,但必须以书面方式确认。设备制造及验收过程中,终端用户无偿提供:色板、测量仪(如有,卖方及终端用户明确后初验收前提供)。但使用完后必须归还。装运地验装:卖方依采购合同约定,在规定的时间内将设备装运至买方指定地点或港口后,买方将对设备进行验装,包括但不限于对设备外观完好情况,包装妥善与否等的检查验收。验装无误后,买方办理接货手续签章确认设备发运签收单,完成设备交付。

通知NoticeThisagreementisexecutedinbothChineseandEnglishandbothversionsofEnglishandChineseshallbedeemedauthentic.Incaseofanyconflicts,inconsistenceordisagreementbetweentheChineseversionandtheEnglishversion,theChineseversionwillprevail.Thistechnicalagreementannexisintriplicate;onecopyfortheBuyer,onecopyfortheSeller,onecopyforthePartyA,andeachcopyhavingthesamelegaleffect.Unresolvedtechnicalissuesshallbeconfirmedinwrittenthroughnegotiationbetweentheparties.Duringthemanufacturingandacceptanceoftheequipment,thePartyAprovidesfreeofcharge:swatchesandmeasuringinstruments(ifany,SellerandPartyAwillconfirmbeforetheInitialAcceptance),butmustbereturnedafteracceptanceprocess.Shipmentinspection:AftertheSellerhasshippedtheequipmenttothedesignatedplaceorportoftheBuyerwithinthespecifiedtime,theBuyerandthePartyAwilljointlyinspecttheequipment,includingbutnotlimitedtotheappearanceandpackageoftheequipment.Aftertheinspectioncompletedandaccepted,theBuyerwillgothroughtheproceduresforreceivingtheequipmentandsignthereceipttogetherwiththePartyAtoconfirmandcompletetheequipmentdelivery.

TheEquipmentmustcomplywiththenationalstandardsofthecountrieswherePartyAandPartyBarelocated.设备需符合甲方及乙方所在国的安全标准。其他OthersThisAgreementshallbesubjecttoandgovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsofIndia,withoutregardtoconflictsoflawprinciples.AnycontroversyorclaimamongstthePartiesarisingoutofthetermsofthisAgreementshallbesettledbyarbitrationbythecourtofarbitrationoftheInternationalChamberofCommerceundertheRulesineffectatthetimeofapplyingforarbitrationofArbitrationoftheInternationalChamberofCommercebyoneormorearbitratorsappointedinaccordancewiththesaidRules.ThedecisionoftheArbitrationshallbefinalandbindingonalltheParties.TheArbitrationshallbeheldinNewDelhiandtheproceedingsshallbeconductedinEnglish.本协议受印度法律管辖并根据印度法律解释,但不适用其冲突法原则。双方之间因本协议条款而产生的任何争议或索赔,应提交国际商会仲裁院由根据其当时有效的仲裁规则确定的一名或多名仲裁员进行仲裁。仲裁裁决是终局的,对各方均有约束力。仲裁应在新德里举行,仲裁语言为英语。准据法及争议解决ChoiceofLawandArbitration
INWITNESSWHEREOF,thepartiesheretohavecausedthisAgreementtobeexecutedasofthedatewhenitisdulysignedandsealedbyParties.本协议自各方签字盖章之日起生效Anychange,modification,addition,ordeletionofthetermsofthisAgreementmustbesignedinwritingbytheAuthorizedRepresentativesofthePartiesfollowingnegotiationamongtheParties.ThisAgreementshallbenullandvoidregardlessofthereasonsifeitherofthemastercontract(formalsalescontract)failstoenterintoforce.对于本协议条款的任何变更、修改或增减,都必须经各方协商同意后,授权代表另外签署书面文件。无论由于何种原因导致主合同(正式的买卖合同)之一未能成立生效,则本协议也相应无效。ThisagreementisexecutedinbothChineseandEnglishandbothversionsofEnglishandChineseshallbedeemedauthentic.Incaseofanyconflicts,inconsistenceordisagreementbetweentheChineseversionandtheEnglishversion,theChineseversionwillprevail.本协议用中英文两种文字写成,两种文字均具有效力,但两种文本内容不一致时应以中文版本为准。
