II. Applicant qualification requirements
1. Qualification of prepare and submit SSP form and Form BA14 ;
2. Financial Capability:-
2.1 "Average of nearest past 5 years of Current Asset" divided by "Average of nearest past 5 years of Current Liability" shall be equal or greater than 1; and
2.2 5 years Turnover; no less than $10,000,000 per year.
3. Work experience on reinstatement works, fitting out works of sales offices, offices, retails or hotel within 5 years; no less than 3 numbers with Contract Sum greater than $5,000,000.
III. Acquisition of prequalification documents
Deadline for prequalification documents: 2024-10-21 11:59:59 (Beijing time, subject to change).
