河北华热工程设计有限公司商务及技术均合格，推荐为中标单位，中标金额为人民币：贰仟壹佰玖拾肆万叁仟陆佰陆拾元玖角柒分（￥21,943,660.97）。

The bid deposit provided by Suhua Construction Group Co., Ltd. was a copy of the bank guarantee, which did not meet the requirements of Chapter 1 21.1 of the bidding documents, and its bid was rejected.; Shandong Xiantong Installation Co., Ltd and China VOLINCO Industry Co., Ltd. did not win as their high Evaluated Price.

Hebei Huare Engineering Design Co., Ltd. was recommended to award the contract as the substantive qualified bid and lowest Evaluated Price. The awarded contract price is CNY21,943,660.97.
