自动磨削系统包含2台轧辊磨床，1套LOADER（含吊具），1套检查台。

1）*可加工工件直径范围 ～250mm

2）*可加工最大工件长度 2500mm

3）*可加工最大工件辊身长度 1800mm

4）*可加工最大工件重量 400kg

5）*辊形曲线 圆柱、凸度、锥度、组合曲线

6）工件材质 合金锻钢，模具钢

7）工件硬度 78～89HSD

8）* 自动磨削系统中自动轧辊磨床加工精度（轧辊支承在中心架上，不带轴承座）

可按各种曲线进行轧辊磨削，轧辊的锥度要求0～3%

母线直线度（圆柱）精度要求 ±1μm/m

园度精度要求 ±1μm

同轴度精度要求 ±1μm

轮廓度（辊形）要求 ±1μm

10)磨床纯磨削时间≤30min（工作辊、一个磨削周期含测量）；

11)每根工作辊的粗糙度检查和表面波探伤累计时间小于8min；

12) LOADER的重复定位精度≤2mm。

交货时间：发出中标通知书后15个月内FOB

Automatic grinding system includes 2 roll grinders, 1 loader (including lifting tools, 1 set) and 1 inspection station.

3）*Max. roll body length of machinable workpiece 1,800mm

4）*Max. weight of machinable workpiece 400kg

5）*Roll shape curve: cylindricity, convexity, taper, combination curve

6）Workpiece material: forged alloy steel, die steel

7）Workpiece hardness: 78～89HSD

8）*Machining precision of the automatic roll grinder in the Automatic Grinding System (rolls supported on the bracket, without bearing seat)

Rolls can be ground according to various curves. The taper of rolls shall be 0 ~ 3%.

Accuracy of generatrix straightness (cylindricity): ±1μm/m

Roundness precision: ±1μm

Coaxial precision: ±1μm

Profile tolerance (roll shape): ±1μm

10)Pure grinding time of grinder ≤30min (work roll, a grinding cycle including measurement);

11)Cumulative time of roughness inspection and surface wave inspection for each work roll is less than 8min;

12) Repeated positioning precision of LOADER ≤ 2mm.
