Suppliers interested in bidding for this project are required to register or log in on the "China Unicom International Procurement and Tendering Platform" (URL：https://etender.chinaunicomglobal.com:8081/supp/index.html#/) during the specified period from 09:00 AM on January 24, 2024 to 09:00 AM on January 29, 2024 (Beijing Time). They should find the tender notice for this project and complete the registration process. Once the registration is successful, the bidding documents will be automatically sent to the email address provided during the supplier registration on the platform.
有意投标本项目的供应商应在2024年1月24日上午09:00至2023年1月29日上午09:00（北京时间，下同）注册或登录 “联通国际采购与招投标平台”（链接：https://etender.chinaunicomglobal.com:8081/supp/index.html#/）找到该项目招标公告并报名。报名成功后，系统会自动向供应商注册平台时所登记的邮箱发送招标文件。5.The Technical Specification Document（Annex I） provides detailed information on the required specifications, features, and performance criteria for the [Telecommunications industry consulting services]. Bidders are required to thoroughly review the Technical Specification Document and ensure that their proposed solution meets or exceeds the specified requirements. Failure to meet these requirements will result in the disqualification of the bidder.
