project requirements：（1）满足夏季清车底要求的人员及物力，如影响车辆外排，车站对企业的一切处罚均由承包单位承担。 （2）卸车人员对每车都要进行清扫。每车清扫完成后，货运人员现场检查确认。 （3）人员配置：满足项目需求。 （4）道口看守工负责所在道口周边的卫生清理。 （5）如铁路相关部门发现车辆在人工清理过程中有破损，车底有残留物，车门未按铁路要求捆绑，车辆外有悬浮物或杂物等违反铁路运行要求的事项，一切安全事故责任或经济责任均由承包单位承担。 （6）因乙方原因造成的安全环保事故、生产事故，乙方应承担相应赔偿责任，甲方不承担任何责任。 （7）甲方有权对乙方进行考核，考核将按照天津钢铁集团有限公司现场管理办法、安全管理考核办法等规定执行，对于乙方违反甲方相关制度，受到处罚的，甲方有权在承包费用中给予扣除。 （8）对乙方的用工要求：要求乙方派出的从事承包工作的人员为乙方正式职工（建立正式劳动合同关系），且为上述人员缴纳了相关社会保险（特别是工伤保险）。

qualification requirements on applicant：1、资质文件：营业执照、法人授权委托书（含法人、被授权人身份证复印件）、银行开户证明。 2、注册资金：≧1000万元 3、社保要求：报名单位必须提供授权委托人在本单位缴纳的社保证明（1年） 4、业绩：近三年类似项目业绩（需提供至少三个不同合作厂家的合同）。 5、凡有意参与报名单位请按照要求提供资质业绩，同时签订《廉洁诚信合作协议》，随资质业绩一起提供，协议文本请与联系人联系索取； 6、因作业内容涉及铁路运营车辆，承包单位需持有当地铁路货运管理部门（军粮城货运网点）出具的安全作业证明。 7、以上资料需提供原件或复印件加盖公章。
