成都高新技术产业开发区骑龙公园、西区体育公园概念设计方案全球征集方案评审会于2018年7月30日在成都环球中心天堂洲际大饭店二楼环球厅一、二举行。评审委员会由5位专家（白林、董靓、刘庭风、Valerio MORABITO、朱世人）和2名咨询人代表（郭盛良、陈刚）组成。刘庭风先生担任此次评委会主席。评委会成员分别听取了A、B标段的5家参赛单位的现场汇报，并对其提交的成果文件进行了深入的讨论。通过记名投票，最终评选出不排序的A、B标段的前二名优胜单位。

The Scheme Review Meeting of the Global Competition for the Conceptual Masterplan of Qilong Park and Western Sports Park in Chengdu High-Tech Industry Development Zone was held in Global Center Grand Ballroom 2,2F, Intercontinental Chengdu Global Center,Chengduon July30, 2018. The jury was made up of 5 experts （BAI Lin, DONG Liang, LIUTingfeng,Valerio MORABITO，Matt CHU）and 2 client representatives（GUO Shengliang,CHEN Gang）.AndLIU Tingfengwas the chairman of the jury. The jury has listened to the presentation of the 5 competitors of Section A and Section B and carefully studied their schemes. After deep discussion, through rounds of open votes, the top 2 winners of each section were selected.

备注：经评审委员会讨论后一致认为，参照《成都高新技术产业开发区骑龙公园、西区体育公园概念设计方案全球征集文件》，华东建筑设计研究院有限公司的方案内容表达不完整，未达到本次征集任务书的要求及深度，征集人依据评审委员会的建议，决定该入围单位的设计补偿费扣除50%。

Notes: After carefully discussion, the jury believes that, according to “The Document of Global Competition for the Conceptual Masterplan of Qilong Park and Western Sports Park in Chengdu High-Tech Industry Development Zone”, the deliverable of Huadong Architectural Design Institute does not expressitself completely, and also does not achieve the depth and requirements of this competition. The host decides to deduct 50% of the design compensation fee according to the advice of the jury.
