2. The unit prices shall include taxes according to the laws and regulations of the Supplier’s country, packing fee, loading, insurance premium, customs clearance fee, transportation fee, etc.delivered to the place designated by the Buyer
单价包含包装费、装车费、保险费、清关费用、运输费用等运抵买方指定地点
3. Payment terms: 100% of Contract Amount upon delivery to the site designated by the Buyer, and approved by the Buyer.
付款：送至买方指定地点，买方验收合格后支付 100%；
4. Preparation and Delivery: The Supplier shall prepare and deliver the materials to the site designated by the Buyer within 3 working days.
备货和交货：供应商须在 3 工作日内将当批次材料准备并送至买方指定的学校现场。
