2. 交货地点和交货时间：

交货地点：境外设备目的港上海，境内设备到现场。

交货时间：境外设备合同签订后11个月内FOB，境内设备合同签订后13个月内DDP

9. *对投标人的资格要求：

（1）未被国家企业信用信息公示系统列入严重违法失信企业名单（如适用）;

（3）本项目不接受代理商投标。

（4）投标人具有签约时间自2020年1月1日起至投标截止日内用于冷轧连轧机组X射线测厚仪设备不少于2台（套）的业绩。

2. Deliverytime and place：

Deliverytime：FOB within 11 months after signing of the overseas equipment contract, DDP within 13 months after signing of the domestic equipment contract.

Deliveryplace：The destination port of overseas equipment is Shanghai, and the domestic equipment shall be delivered to site.
