批/核准/备案机关批准,项目资金来源为其他资金已落实,招标人为上海乐高乐园有限公司。
本项目已具备招标条件,现招标方式为公开招标。
二、项目概况和招标范围
规模乐高主题乐园包含8个主题区,即乐高中心大楼、积木街道、乐高积木、乐高城
市、乐高小伙伴、悟空小侠、乐高忍者和乐高城堡,还包含绿地、水域、道路、广场、行政
和后勤区。本标段招标范围是整个主题乐园区内使用的背景音乐(BGM)内容。
范围:本招标项目划分为1个标段,本次招标为其中的:
(001)上海市金山区枫泾镇01-A-01地块项目背景音乐内容服务采购(第二次);
三、投标人资格要求

人资格能力要求:(1)具有独立承担民事责任的能力,本项目不接受自然人投标:
(2)投标人应具有至少1个为游乐园或酒店提供背景音乐(BGM)内容服务的相关业绩(须
在投标文件中提供合同复印件);
(3)本项目允许境外投标人投标;
(4)本项目不接受联合体投标。
(1)Have the ability to bear civil responsibility independently.Bids fromnatural
persons are not accepted for the Project.
(2)The biddersmust have at least one performance of providing BGM Content services
for theme parks or hotels (copies of the performance contracts must be provided);
(3)Foreign bidders are allowed to bid for the Project;
(4)No consortium bidding is allowed for the Project.;

1.上海乐高乐园有限公司(以下简称招标人)和上海国际招标有限公司(以下简称招
标代理机构)兹邀请有意参与本项目竞争的潜在投标人就下列服务提交密封投标:
上海市金山区枫泾镇01-A-01地块项目背景音乐内容服务采购。
乐高主题乐园包含8个主题区,即乐高中心大楼、积木街道、乐高积木、乐高城市、乐高小
伙伴、悟空小侠、乐高忍者和乐高城堡,还包含绿地、水域、道路、广场、行政和后勤区。
本标段招标范围是整个主题乐园区内使用的背景音乐(BGM)内容。
本次招标的最高投标限价为人民币3,222,667.65元。
有兴趣的潜在投标人可从以下地址得到进一步的信息和查看招标文件。
2.本次招标的合格投标人应满足下列资格要求:
(1)具有独立承担民事责任的能力,本项目不接受自然人投标;
(2)投标人应具有至少1个为游乐园或酒店提供背景音乐(BGM)内容服务的相关业绩(须

(3)本项目允许境外投标人投标;

3.有意参加本次招标的潜在投标人,应于2023年8月2日至2023年8月7日每天09:00~
16:00 在上海国际招标有限公司网站(https://www.shabidding.com)注册并在线领购招标文
件。招标文件每套售价 500 元或者80美元,售后不退。潜在投标人应在上述规定的时间内
按照规定获取招标文件,逾期不再办理。未按规定获取招标文件的潜在投标人将不得参加投
标。
供应商首次注册应按要求提供《供应商注册专用授权函和承诺书》(可从供应商注册页面下
载)和营业执照等扫描件,供应商应当提前准备,尽早办理,以免影响领购招标文件。
已注册的潜在投标人可从网站采购公告栏的相应公告中进入在线领购招标文件流程。潜在投
标人提交领购申请并支付费用到账后即可下载电子招标文件。电子发票将发至投标人登记的
邮箱。
4. 所有投标文件应于2023年8月23日09:30时(北京时间)前递交到上海市延安西路
358号19楼第二会议室(1902-1)。
5. 兹定于2023年8月23日09:30时,在上海市延安西路358号19楼第二会议室(1902-
1)公开开标。届时请各投标人委派代表出席开标仪式。

(hereinafter referred to as the“Tenderee")and
Shanghai International Tendering Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the
Tendering Agent”),hereby invite potential bidders interested in participating
in this bidding to submit sealed bids for the
following services:
Procurement of BGM Content Services for Shanghai Jinshan District Fengjing Town Plot
No. 01-A-01 Project.
The LEGOLAND Theme Park includes 8 theme areas,namely LEGOLAND HQ,Brick Street,
LEGOR Brick,LEGO® City,LEGO®Friends,Monkie Kid,NINJAGO®,LEGOR Castle,as well
as green area, water area, road,
square,
administrative and logistic area.
The Back Ground Music
Scope of this tender shall be the (BGM) content which will
be used throughout the theme park areas.
The
maximum bid price for this bidding is CNY 3,222,667.65 (tax inclusive).

3.The potential bidders interested in participating in this bidding are required

Documents at 9:00~16:00 daily from August 2,2023 to August 7,2023.Each set of
Bidding
Documents will be charged CNY
after
sale.Potential bidders

Documents.
