1. 招标产品的名称、数量、技术规格、资金来源：
关节臂式坐标测量机 1台/套
技术规格：关节臂式坐标测量机具备重量轻，便携带，满足随时随地的测量需求，可进行几何元素创建，三维坐标系创建，形位公差计算，曲线曲面扫描和测量，CAD数模与实际零件点云比对，各类异形结构件线性尺寸和形位公差测量等。安装测头时，实现接触式硬探测测量，更换激光扫描头后，实现非接触式扫描测量。其他详见技术规格。

资金来源：自筹
2. 交货地点：湖北孝感
交货时间：合同签订后70天。
3. 资质要求：
*①投标人应提供有效的营业执照或营业登记证明文件复印件；
*②境内投标人应提供有效的银行基本账户开户许可证或基本账户信息证明文件复印件。
*③投标人及投标人授权代表及投标人法人代表应无行贿犯罪记录，并提供“无行贿犯罪记录声明”，格式见附件，签字加盖公章。
*④投标人或制造商具有本次所投标设备近3年（2020年1月1日至今）的销售业绩，并提供业绩清单（清单中应写明产品的名称、合同签订年份、用户名称），并同时在投标文件中提供投标人或制造商近3年不少于三份本项目类似的合同复印件或中标通知书。
*⑤投标人应提供其基本账户的开户银行在开标日前3个月内开具的资信证明的原件或复印件（资信证明所致单位不限于招标人及招标机构；如资信证明文件中标明“复印无效”的，应提供资信证明原件，招标机构保留开标当天审核原件的权利）。
4. 有兴趣的潜在投标人可于2023年4月7日至2023年4月14日，每日9时至16时30分（北京时间，下同），登录中化商务电子招投标平台（e.sinochemitc.com）办理购标手续。潜在投标人需先进行网上注册（免费）。

Entrusted by Hubei Sanjiang Aerospace Hongyang Mechanical and Electrical Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as the "Tenderer"), Sinochem Commerce Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as the "Tenderee") invites interested potential bidders to submit sealed bids for the following goods and related services of joint arm coordinate measuring machines:
1. Name, quantity, technical specifications and source of funds of the bidding products:
Joint arm type coordinate measuring machine 1 / set
Technical specifications: The articulated arm type coordinate measuring machine is lightweight, portable, and can meet the measurement needs anytime and anywhere. It can create geometric elements, create three-dimensional coordinate system, calculate shape and position tolerance, scan and measure curves and surfaces, compare the CAD digital model with the actual part point cloud, measure the linear size and shape and position tolerance of various special-shaped structural parts, etc. When installing the probe, the contact type hard detection measurement is realized. After replacing the laser scanning head, the non-contact scanning measurement is realized. Others are detailed in technical specifications.

2. Place of delivery: Xiaogan, Hubei
Delivery time: 70 days after signing the contract.
3. Qualification Requirements:
*① The bidder shall provide a copy of the valid business license or business registration certificate;
*② The domestic bidder shall provide the valid bank basic account opening license or the copy of the basic account information certificate.
*③ The bidder, the authorized representative of the bidder and the legal representative of the bidder shall have no criminal record of bribery, and shall provide the "Statement of no criminal record of bribery". See the attachment for the format, sign and seal.
*④ The bidder or manufacturer shall have the sales performance of the bidding equipment in recent three years (from January 1, 2020 to now), provide the list of performance (the list shall indicate the name of the product, the year of signing the contract, and the user name), and provide at least three copies of similar contracts of the project or the notification of winning the bid in the bidding documents of the bidder or manufacturer in recent three years.
*⑤ The bidder shall provide the original or copy of the credit certificate issued by the bank of its basic account within 3 months before the bid opening date (the units caused by the credit certificate are not limited to the tenderee and the bidding agency; If "Photocopy is invalid" is indicated in the credit certificate, the original of the credit certificate shall be provided, and the bidding agency reserves the right to review the original on the day of bid opening).
4. Interested potential bidders may log on the E-commerce bidding platform of e.sinochemitc.com from April 7, 2023 to April 14, 2023 from 9:00 PM to 16:30 PM (Beijing time, the same below) every day. Potential bidders are required to register online (free).

The tender documents are priced at 1,000 yuan or 160 US dollars per set and are non-refundable. If bidding documents are ordered by mail, the handling fee (including postage) shall be 100 yuan or 20 US dollars. The tenderee will send the money within 3 days after receiving the mail order (including the handling fee).
5. All tender documents shall be submitted to the following place before 9:00 am (Beijing time) on April 28, 2023. The bid opening ceremony will be held at 9:00 am (Beijing time) on April 28, 2023. Representatives of the bidders are invited to attend the bid opening ceremony.
