2. 交货地点和交货时间：
交货地点：境外投标人交货地点为CIF 中国天津港；境内投标人交货地点为山西太钢不锈钢股份有限公司项目现场
交货时间：境外投标人合同生效后15个月内FOB，一批；境内投标人合同生效后17个月内交货

5. 招标文件售价：招标文件英文版及中文版一套（电子版），若中文和英文版有冲突以中文版为准。

6. 投标截止时间和开标时间：2023年10月23日13时00分（北京时间）。投标人应于投标截止时间前在宝华智慧招标共享平台成功递交所有电子投标文件。

8. 开标地点：宝华智慧招标共享平台电子开标大厅。
9. *对投标人的资格要求：
（1）未被国家企业信用信息公示系统(www.gsxt.gov.cn)列入严重违法失信企业名单;
（2）未被“信用中国”网站(www.creditchina.gov.cn)列入失信被执行人名单;
（3）由于项目复杂、技术要求高，任何投标人希望参与本项目的，均应在开标前与招标人联系开展技术交流并签订技术协议，未能签订技术协议的投标人，其投标将被否决，若签订的技术协议与招标文件有差异时，以招标文件为准（欧冶工业品股份有限公司联系人：迟颖13729096926）；
