2. 交货地点和交货时间：
交货地点：境外设备目的港上海，境内设备到现场。
交货时间：境外设备合同签订后11个月内FOB，境内设备合同签订后13个月内DDP

9. *对投标人的资格要求：
（1）未被国家企业信用信息公示系统(www.gsxt.gov.cn)列入严重违法失信企业名单（如适用）;
（2）未被“信用中国”网站(www.creditchina.gov.cn)列入失信被执行人名单（如适用）;
（3）接受代理商投标，代理商需要得到制造商的独家授权。
（4）投标人或其代理的制造商具有签约时间自2020年1月1日起至投标截止日内用于冷轧连轧机组X射线测厚仪设备不少于2台（套）的业绩。
