投标人应具备的资格或业绩:* 1）如果投标人按照合同提供的货物不是投标人自己制造的，投标人应提供制造厂商或制造厂商授权代理商针对本项目的授权书的正式授权书（格式见《机电产品采购国际竞争性招标文件》（第一册））；
* 2）投标人须提供其开户银行在开标日前三个月内开具的资信证明原件或该原件的复印件(如资信证明中明确注明复印无效的则必须提供该资信证明原件，招标机构保留审核原件的权利)；
* 3）其他资格证明文件：
①投标人营业执照或企业注册证明复印件；
②外贸合同签约卖方原则上必须是原厂商或其代理商。若投标人为原厂的中国区代理商，且在外贸合同中以原厂的中国区代理商身份作为卖方，还应出具相应的销售资质证明；

Qualifications or Performance:*If the goods provided by the bidder according to the contract are not manufactured by the bidder itself, the bidder shall provide a formal authorization letter from the manufacturer or authorized agent of the manufacturer for this project (see the format in the "International Competitive Bidding Documents for Procurement of Mechanical and Electrical Products" (Volume 1));
