三、报名须知：招标人将通过中国五矿集团的采购电子商务平台发布招标公告，符合资质的投标人于2024年6月5日17：00下午（北京时间）之前，应通过向投标人的电子邮件地址（shiys@enfi.com.cn）发送邮件的方式表达其报名意向，招标人将通过电子邮件地址（shiys@enfi.com.cn）向符合投标人资格条件的投标人发送招标文件。
RegistrationMethod: The Tenderee will publish bidding announcement through the procurement e-commerce platform of China Minmetals Corporation. Bidders meeting the basic qualifications of shall express their intention to attend by sending emails to the tenderer's email address(shiys@enfi.com.cn)by05/06/2024 at 17: 00 pm（Beijing Time) , and the tenderer will send Bidding Documents to the bidders.

四、投标截止时间及开标时间
4.1投标截止时间：2024年6月11日上午12：00（北京时间），逾期递交或不符合规定的投标文件恕不接受。投标人应在截止时间将报价发送到shiys@enfi.com.cn邮箱。Deadline for submission of Bids: 11/06/2024 at 12: 00am (Beijing Time), late submission or non-conforming Bidding Documents will not be accepted. Bidders shall submit electronic Bidding Documents to shiys@enfi.com.cn before the deadline.
