基至會因影響PFC穩定度狀態而形成輸出電壓回授不穩也
因此多數會透過補償的調整,或取樣線路的調整來改善,涉
及元器件較多,修改成本會有所增加。

经检修发现输入级线路F1,Q1,原件失效,电源无输出。
F1是电源的保险丝,Q1是PFC的MOSFET,Q1固定在散热片上。散
热片
如上所述,因为振动导致Q1不良而F1关联性损坏。
关于振动问题,我们会根据客户的测试条件,后续我们配合加强点胶
固定。
分析結論:
1、綜上如上所述,电源不良是因为振动导致Q1Q2不良而F1关联性损坏。
2、此产品从设计变更完毕后,产品性能稳定。
3、关于振动测试后按照规格,进行ECN点胶固定。
4、若設備工作環境不存在過多的振動環境,產品本身具有一定的防振
