         3.  Submission and bid opening of bidding documents
 The time for submission of bid documents is: from 1h，June., 2024 to 5h，June, 2024 . The specific time is subject to the display of CCCC supply chain management system. The bidder shall upload it through remote login to CCCC Supply Chain Management Information System (website: http://ec.ccccltd.cn), and the submission time is the successful upload time.
The tenderee will not accept the bid documents that have not been uploaded successfully within the time limit.
Time for bid opening: tentatively, the online public bid opening will be conducted in the supply chain management information system of CCCC at  5h，June, 2024 (the specific time will be subject to the display of CCCC supply chain management system).
The platform for submission of bidding documents is the Supply Chain Management Information System of China Communications Construction Group (website: http://114.255.239.58/PMS/ or http://ec.ccccltd.cn). The deadline for uploading is:  5h，June, 2024 . (The specific time shall be subject to the display of CCCC Supply Chain Management System)When bidding online, the bidder shall sign and seal the original prepared bidding documents page by page, scan them into PDF format and upload them to the supply chain management information system of CCCC. Bidding documents that are not submitted and uploaded on time before the deadline for bidding will not be accepted by the tenderer.
