9. *对投标人的资格要求：

（1）未被国家企业信用信息公示系统(www.gsxt.gov.cn)列入严重违法失信企业名单;

（2）未被“信用中国”网站(www.creditchina.gov.cn)列入失信被执行人名单;

（3）投标人应具有与招标设备相当的窄搭接焊机设备的供货业绩，其中至少一套用于高牌号无取向硅钢产品的生产；

(2)Not listed in the list of dishonest persons to be executed by the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn);

(3)The bidder shall have the performance of supplying the narrow lap welders equivalent to the tender equipment, at least one of which is used for production of high grade non-oriented silicon steel;

(4)Due to the complexity and high technical requirements of the project, any bidder wishing to participate in this project shall contact the tenderee for technical communication and sign the technical agreement before the bid opening. Bids from bidders who fail to sign the technical agreement will be rejected. In the event of difference between the signed technical agreement and the tendering document, the latter shall prevail.
