世界银行贷款湖北孝感物流基础设施建设项目C-LSWLG1临空经济区智能交通系统设备的供货与安装（招标编号：0701-211040110327）于2021年10月19日在世界银行网站、孝感市政务服务和大数据管理局网及机电产品招标投标电子交易平台发布招标公告/投标邀请书，2021年12月28日在孝感市公共资源交易中心完成开评标工作。孝感市世界银行贷款物流基础设施项目管理办公室已经确认评标结果，现将中标结果公示如下：

Evaluation Results Notice
The Invitation for Bids of Hubei Xiaogan Logistics Infrastructure Project Financed by the World Bank-Procurement of Supply and installation of intelligent transportation systems in AEZ （Contract No.: C-LSWLG1）（Bid No.: 0701-211040110327）was advertised on UNDB online at www.worldbank.org, www.chinabidding.com and www.xiaogan.gov.cn on October 19, 2021. The bid opening and evaluation work has been completed in Xiaogan public resources trading center on December 28, 2021. Xiaogan Logistics Infrastructure Project Management Office has confirmed the bid evaluation results and now publicizes the evaluation results as follows:

Evaluation Results:
Both CCCC MECHANICAL and ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING CO., LTD. and Wuhan CCCC Traffic Engineering Co., Ltd. have the same shareholder, China Communications Construction Co., Ltd., which have a conflict of interest, did not meet the requirements of the bidding documents.
The test report of the control cabinet （signal controller） provided by Sichuan Qingyu Traffic Technology Co.,Ltd. and Beijing E-Hualu Information Technology Co., Ltd. does not reflect the parameter requirements of bidding documents, did not meet the requirements of the bidding documents.
The bid submitted by HN Xiangzhu Traffic Techonology Co,. Ltd. was determined to be the lowest evaluated and substantially responsive bid. The Bidder was determined to be qualified to perform the Contract satisfactorily. According to the procurement guidelines of the world bank and the award principles of this bidding, the Contract shall be awarded to HN Xiangzhu Traffic Techonology Co,. Ltd. The Contract Price: CNY 50,764,092.36.
The publicity period is from January 24, 2022 to January 28, 2022 （Beijing time）.
If the bidder has any objection to the bid evaluation results, it shall raise it in writing to the Purchaser or Agent within the publicity period of bid evaluation results.
