二、供應商資格要求
1. 供應商須提供公司簡介及有效商業登記證副本。未能完整提供，則被視為不合格。
2. 業績要求：供應商需具備至本詢價截止日期前‘裝修餐飲店鋪’的豐富經驗，並熟悉相關屋宇、消防及食環牌照條例，供應商須提供近5年內負責的裝修/打拆/改造物業經驗/工程案例以供參考及評審。
3. 專業資格要求：須提供公司或合作公司有效的(公司或個人)B級或以上電工牌照及消防牌照及水喉匠牌照及通風牌照及註冊小型工程第II級承建商牌照，需提供公司或合作公司有效的註冊通風系統承建商專業認證
4. 安全要求：具備完善的公司EHS管理機制(如有)，提供無安全事故承諾書/聲明(如有)
5. 信譽要求：供應商至本詢價截止日期前在最近三年內沒有騙取中標，沒有發生安全生產事故、環境污染事故、嚴重違約及沒有重大工程品質問題，提供承諾書/聲明(如有)，若發生事故數量達3起或以上，或事故引致人員傷亡，或事故情節嚴重，則被視為不合格。
三、採購文件的獲取
採購文件在華潤集團境外采購交易平台發佈，不再另行線下提供紙質採購文件，凡有意參與者可在本公告期間自行登陸平台查看和下載採購文件。
四、響應文件的提交
響應文件提交/報價截止時間： 2023-12-12 07:05:55 （北京時間，若有變化另行通知）。
響應文件提交/報價方式：在響應文件提交/報價截止時間前，通過華潤集團境外采購交易平台提交電子響應文件或報價，逾期提交將被拒收。
