2. 交货地点和交货时间：

交货地点：关境内：DDP宝钢项目现场；关境外：CIF上海港。

交货时间：关境内：合同生效后国内设备26个月至29个月内，分4批DDP交货；关境外：合同生效后进口设备26个月至44个月内，分5批FOB交货。

招标文件均按标段进行计价出售，投标人成功购标后，自行下载招标文件和投标文件模板。招标文件一经售出不得退还。

6. 投标截止时间和开标时间：2024年04月23日10时00分（北京时间）。投标人应于投标截止时间前在宝华智慧招标共享平台成功递交所有电子投标文件。

7. 开标方式：一步法。

8. 开标地点：宝华智慧招标共享平台电子开标大厅。

9. *对投标人的资格要求：

（1）未被国家企业信用信息公示系统(www.gsxt.gov.cn)列入严重违法失信企业名单(如适用)；

（2）未被“信用中国”网站(www.creditchina.gov.cn)列入失信被执行人名单（如适用）；

（3）本项目不接受代理商投标；

（4）2015年1月1日起至投标截止日前（以合同签订日期为准），投标人应具有10m3/h及以上流化床法酸再生的供货业绩。

（5）投标人必须参加宝山基地酸再生整合改造（二期）酸再生设备的标段1和标段2两个项目的全部投标，且报价水平基本一致。只参加其中一个项目的投标将被否决。若其中一个项目的投标在评标过程被否决，那么另一个项目的投标也将被否决。

Shanghai Baohua International Tendering Co., Ltd.(Hereinafter referred to as Tendering Agency) is commissioned by Baoshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd.(Hereinafter referred to as tenderer) on Open Tendering for the following goods required in System Integration and Renovation Project (Phase II) for Baoshan Base for equipments of Acid Regeneration Plant invites eligible bidders to online e-bidding.

1． The name, quantity, technical specifications and fund sources of goods for tendering：

The name：Acid recovery equipment

Technical specifications：

1) Acid recycling unit waste acid treatment capacity of 20m3/h;

2) The acid regeneration unit uses fluidized bed process;

3) Other requirements are detailed in the technical section of the bidding documents.

2. Delivery time and place：

Delivery time：Domestic: The domestic equipment shall be delivered in 4 batches of DDP within 26 months to 29 months after the contract takes effect; Overseas: The imported equipment shall be delivered in 5 batches FOB within 26 months to 44 months after the contract takes effect.

Delivery place：Domestic: DDP Baosteel project site; Overseas: CIF Shanghai Port.

3. *The bidders who have confirmed to participate the bid must log on China International Bidding Website (http://www.chinabidding.com), and register. Please make sure you have registered and passed through the annual review before bidding. The awarding will be publicized on China International Bidding Website.

Baohua E-bidding website (http://www.baohuabidding.com) and China Tendeing & Bidding Public Service Platform (http://bulletin.cebpubservice.com) could also provide the information about tendering project of our company (except invitation of tendering), interested bidders may login to view relevant information. 4. Time for purchasing Tendering documents: Starting from：2024-04-02 to 2024-04-10 (Beijing time).

5. Sales prices of the tendering document: One complete set of Tendering Documents both in English and Chinese ( electronic version included). The Chinese language shall govern in case of any discrepancy between Chinese language and the English language.Sales price is 1,500.00CNYor250.00USD

6. Deadline for bid submission and Bid Opening Time：2024-04-23 10:00(Beijing time). The bidder shall submit all bidding documents on Baohua tendering website before the bidding deadline.

9. *Requirements of Bidder’s qualification：

（1）Not listed in the list of serious illegal and dishonest enterprises by the national enterprise credit information publicity system (www.gsxt.gov.cn)(if applicable)；

（2）Not listed in the list of dishonest persons to be executed by the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov.cn) (if applicable)；

（3）This project does not accept agent bids；

（4）From January 1, 2015 to the bidding deadline (subject to the contract signing date), the bidder shall have a supply performance of 10m3/h or above in the fluidized bed acid regeneration process.The relevant contract scanning copy and other supporting materials for the supply performance mentioned above are needed for bidding.

（5) Bidders must participate in all bidding for the first and second bidding sections of the acid regeneration integrated Transformation (Phase II) acid regeneration equipment of Baoshan Base, and the quotation level is basically the same. Bids for only one of these projects will be rejected. If a bid for one project is rejected during the evaluation process, the bid for the other project will also be rejected.
