5. 招标文件费：招标文件英文版及中文版一套（电子版），若中文和英文版有冲突以中文版为准。

9. *对投标人的资格要求：

1、投标人须为制造商，资格要求： 1）中国关境外制造商须在其所在地注册登记。 2）中国关境内制造商须具有营业执照。；
2、投标人应具备有效的ISO9000系列质量体系认证书；
3、投标人具有本项目类似工况的良好业绩，近五年内（2017年1月1日至今）须在境内外大型企业提供过不低于2台（套）的焦油氨水三相超级离心机；

1、Bidder should be manufacturer,eligibility requirements for manufacturer： 1） Oversea manufacture must be registered in its location. 2） Domestic manufacturer must have a business license;
2、Bidder shall have valid ISO9000 series quality system certification；
3、Bidder shall have good performance in similar working conditions of this project, and shall provide no less than 2 sets of coal oven coal gas purification super centrifuge in domestic and foreign large enterprises in recent five years （from January 1, 2017 to now）;
4、Due to the complexity of the project and high technical requirements, any bidder who wishes to participate in the project shall contact the tenderee to carry out technical exchanges and sign the technical annex before the bid opening.
