2. 交货地点和交货时间：

交货地点：关境内：招标方项目现场；关境外：CIF中国上海港或CIF中国宁波港；

交货时间：合同生效后12个月内；

1）代理商投标必须提供其代理的制造商资质文件以及制造商同意其在本次投标中提供该货物的正式授权书。

2）投标人或制造商必须具有500公斤及以上单台单锭或双锭原丝收丝机成熟的制造经验和成功的供货业绩，且运行超过两年以上；业绩用户不少于两家，且每家用户不少于30锭。

2. Delivery time and place：

5. Sales prices of the tendering document: One complete set of Tendering Documents both in English and Chinese ( electronic version included). The Chinese language shall govern in case of any discrepancy between Chinese language and the English language.Sales price is 1,500.00CNYor250.00USD

1）Bidding by agents shall provide the qualification documents of the manufacturer it represents and the official letter of authorization from the manufacturer that authorizes it to provide the goods under this tender.

2） The bidder or manufacturer shall have the mature manufacturing experience and successful performance of supplying 500 kg and above single set of single or double spindle precursor winding machine that has been running for more than two years for at least two users (at least 30 spindles for each user).
