技术规格：
（1）清洗机需适用于202和211的多种罐径罐型，高度可在90-190mm范围内快速切换；
（2）清洗机稳定运行速度不低于3600CPM（211*330ml罐型），基于罐密度90%计算；
（3）烘炉系统的稳定运行速度不低于2200cpm，配置14 Pass含冷却区（12+2），126T链轮盘(炉内链轮中心距不小于1200mm)，右手机型；
（4）其他技术参数详见技术附件。

2. 交货地点和交货时间：
交货地点：胡志明港，越南
交货时间：中标通知书发出之日起6个月内具备卖方工厂交货条件
3.*凡确认投标的投标人请登录中国国际招标网平台（http://www.chinabidding.com），务必在开标前注册为其会员并通过年检以获得投标资格，中标情况将在中国国际招标网公示。

4. 购买招标文件时间：2024年11月05日起到2024年11月12日止。
5. 招标平台使用费：招标文件英文版及中文版一套（电子版），若中文和英文版有冲突以中文版为准。

招标文件均按标段进行计价出售，投标人成功购标后，自行下载招标文件和投标文件模板。招标文件一经售出不得退还。
6. 投标截止时间和开标时间：2024年11月26日10时00分（北京时间）。投标人应于投标截止时间前在宝华智慧招标共享平台成功递交所有电子投标文件。
7. 开标方式：一步法。
8. 开标地点：宝华智慧招标共享平台电子开标大厅。
9. *对投标人的资格要求：
（1）未被国家企业信用信息公示系统(www.gsxt.gov.cn)列入严重违法失信企业名单;
（2）未被“信用中国”网站(www.creditchina.gov.cn)列入失信被执行人名单;
（3）投标人应具有与招标设备相当的同类清洗机和烘炉系统设备的供货业绩，且所供同类设备至少在3条3000cpm及以上两片罐生产线上有应用实绩。

（3）Stable running speed is not less than 2200cpm, with the configuration of 14 Passes including cooling zone (12+2), 126T sprocket disk (the center distance of sprocket in the oven is not less than 1200mm), right hand model;
（4）Other technical requirements are detailed in the technical section。
