2. 交货地点和交货时间：

交货地点：山西省太原市娄烦太钢尖山铁矿供应站（适用于关境内交货）；CIF天津新港（适用于关境外交货）。

交货时间：合同签订后180天内交1台，货到现场（适用于关境内交货）；合同签订后4.5个月内FOB（适用于关境外交货）。

9. *对投标人的资格要求：

（3）凡是来自中华人民共和国国内或是与中华人民共和国有正常贸易往来的国家和地区的法人或其他组织均可投标；

（4）本次招标接受制造商或国外品牌代理商参与投标。

A. 须具备制造商有效的授权委托书。

(3) Any legal person or other organization from the People's Republic of China or from countries and regions with which the People's Republic of China has normal trade relations are eligible to bid.

(4) The manufacturers and foreign brands agent are accepted.

Bidders who are manufacturers need to meet the following requirements:

A. The bidder has the sales contract performance of similar ore truck engines during the period from January 1, 2019 to March 30, 2023 (subject to the date of contract signing), and has the corresponding capability in terms of personnel, equipment and funds.

B. The bidders should have valid ISO9000 series quality management system certification or be an A3 or above suppliers of OBEI CO., LTD.

Bidders who are agents need to meet the following requirements:

A. Agents must have a valid power of attorney from the manufacturer. Bidders should provide a scanned copy of a valid power of attorney when bidding.

B. The bidder or its manufacturer has the sales performance of similar ore truck engines during the period from January 1, 2019 to March 30, 2023 (subject to the date of contract signing) and has the corresponding capability in terms of personnel, equipment and funds.
