受宁波诺丁汉大学委托，宁波市国际招标有限公司就宁波诺丁汉大学学生项目市场和推广服务项目进行国内公开招标，请符合要求的合格供应商参加。本项目不属于依法必须招标项目，也不属于政府采购项目。
Commissioned by the University of Nottingham Ningbo China, Ningbo International Bidding Co., Ltd. conducts domestic public bidding for the marketing and promotion service project of the summer school program of the University of Nottingham Ningbo China, and invites qualified suppliers to participate in the project if they meet the requirements. This project does not belong to the project that must be tendered according to law, nor does it belong to the government procurement project.

3、招标需求：宁波诺丁汉大学致力于为来自世界各地的学生提供高质量的教育机会。目前，宁诺面向社会开展各种类型的国际化素养提升项目，包括宁波诺丁汉大学英式体验夏校和大学生国际化素养提升夏校。这些项目旨在为学生提供独特而丰富的学术体验，帮助他们发展自己的技能、领悟前沿知识和拓展全球视野。本次采购的目的是公开招标能够为暑期夏校等项目提供营销和推广服务的外包服务供应商。详见招标文件“第五章 技术规格书”。
Bidding Requirement: University of Nottingham Ningbo China (UNNC) is committed to providing high quality educational opportunities for students from all over the world. Currently, UNNC is running various types of internationalization literacy enhancement programs for the community, including the University of Nottingham Ningbo British Experience Summer School and the Internationalization Literacy Enhancement Summer School for University Students. These programs are designed to provide students with a unique and enriching academic experience that helps them develop their skills, appreciate cutting-edge knowledge, and expand their global perspectives. The purpose of this procurement is to openly tender for an outsourcing service provider who can provide marketing and promotion services for the summer school and other programs. For details, please refer to "Chapter 5 Technical Specifications" of the bidding document.
4、交付期限: 在宣传资料发布后即可陆续交付，最终交付日根据根据暑期夏校项目实际报名截止日期确定。
Delivery Period: Delivery will be made after the release of promotional materials, and the final delivery date will be determined according to the actual registration deadline of the summer school program.
二、投标人的资格要求
II. Qualification requirements for bidders
1、具有独立法人资格，提供合法有效的营业执照；
Independent legal personality, provide legal and effective business license;
2、投标人无不良行为记录（不良行为记录界定的范围为：被国家、浙江省、宁波市相关行政主管部门通报停止投标活动且处在被停止投标期间内）；
The bidder has no bad behavior record (bad behavior record is defined as the scope of: by the state, zhejiang province, ningbo city relevant administrative department notification of stopping the bidding activities and in the period of being stopped bidding);
3、投标人及其法定代表人不得为失信被执行人。招标代理对投标人及其法定代表人失信信息进行查询（具体以开标当天“信用中国”网站www.creditchina.gov.cn查询为准），若为失信被执行人的，则作否决投标。若在开标当天因不可抗力事件导致无法查询且一时无法恢复的，可在中标公示期间对中标候选人进行事后查询，如中标候选人为失信被执行人的，则取消中标候选人资格；

If the query cannot be made due to force majeure event on the day of bid opening and cannot be restored for a while, the winning candidate can be queried afterwards during the period of bid award publicity, and the qualification of the winning candidate will be canceled if the winning candidate is an executor with loss of credit;
4、本次招标接受不联合体投标。
This tender is accepted without consortium bidding.

2、为本项目提供整体设计、规范编制或者项目管理、监理、检测等服务的供应商，不得再参加本项目的采购活动。
