9. *对投标人的资格要求：
（1）未被国家企业信用信息公示系统(www.gsxt.gov.cn)列入严重违法失信企业名单;
（2）未被“信用中国”网站(www.creditchina.gov.cn)列入失信被执行人名单;
（3）投标人具备在60MN及以上快锻机的液压系统及控制系统集成或整机供货业绩，且业绩中需满足负载精整频次≥100次/分钟；

（3）The bidder shall have the supply performance of the hydraulic system and control system of the high-speed forging press of 60MN and above, supplied either in assembly form or in complete machine. The load finishing frequency of high-speed forging press presented by the bidder in their supply performance shall not be less than 100 times/minute；
（4）Due to the complexity of the project and high technical requirements, all bidders interested in the participation in this project shall contact the tenderee to carry out the technical exchanges and sign the technical appendices before the bid opening. The bidder who fails to sign the technical appendices will be rejected. The signature of the technical appendices must be completed under the organization of OBEI Co., Ltd.
