双排宽系列；轮毂直径 66英寸；额定扭矩632170 Nm @ 0.52 MPa；最高转速480 r/min；电机端离合器惯量3065 kg-m2 @ 200 r/min；磨机端离合器惯量1619 kg-m2 @ 200 r/min；外径空间 82.5英寸；轴向安装空间22英寸；单闸瓦宽度16英寸；离合器法兰和轮毂轴套的推荐孔径范围最小 381mm, 最大559mm。必须满足与现有设备性能及安装完全匹配（现有设备为双驱，在供气压力一致的情况下，须保证气动空气离合器的启动时间和运行扭矩一致）。具体可现场测量。其它详见招标文件技术要求。

2. 交货地点和交货时间：
交货地点：太钢集团岚县矿业有限公司供应科（适用于关境内交货）；CIF天津新港（适用于关境外交货）。
交货时间：合同签订后6个月货到现场（适用于关境内交货）；合同签订后4.5个月内FOB（适用于关境外交货）。

9. *对投标人的资格要求：

（3）本次招标接受制造商或国外品牌代理商参与投标。
投标人若为制造商需满足： 投标人自2018年1月1日起至2023年1月1日内（以合同签订时间为准）须具有类似项目（在磨矿设备上安装有轮毂直径66英寸及以上规格空气离合器）3套及以上数量的成套设备供货业绩，并成功运行。
投标人若为代理商需满足：
A. 须具备制造商有效的授权委托书。
B. 投标人或其制造商自2018年1月1日起至2023年1月1日内（以合同签订时间为准）须具有类似项目（在磨矿设备上安装有轮毂直径66英寸及以上规格空气离合器）3套及以上数量的成套设备供货业绩，并成功运行。

Bidders who are agents need to meet the following requirements:A. Agents must have a valid power of attorney from the manufacturer.B.
