1. China Communications Construction Company (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (CCCCM) invites the eligible Bidders by way of International Competitive Bidding to submit their bids for the supply of the following goods and relevant services.

Goods: Custody Transfer Metering;    Quantity: 1(one) Item/Package

The detailed scope of supply refers to Chapter 4 Schedule of Requirements and Technical specifications.

2. 投标人应在收到本招标文件后5个工作日内应确认投标人是否有意参与投标。

2. Bidders shall confirm your intention of bidding or not within five(5) working days after acceptance of the Bidding Documents. 

3. 投标人可从2024年9月13日起至投标截止期止，在中国交建供应链管理信息系统网上（网址：http://sp.iccec.cn）注册账户，获取招标文件并上传投标文件。

3. Bidder is requested to register an account on the website of the Supply Chain Management System(SCMS) of CCCC (http://sp.iccec.cn) to obtain the bidding documents from 13 Sep, 2024 to the submission deadline for bids and submit the bids. 

4. 投标文件应于2024年9月25日（暂定，根据实际情况而定，具体以招标人通知为准）上午9:00时（吉隆坡/北京时间）之前在中国交建供应链管理信息系统网上提交。

4. Bids shall be submitted onto the SCMS of CCCC: (http://sp.iccec.cn) before 9:00 a.m. (Kuala Lumpur/Beijing time) on 25 Sep, 2024 (Provisional,depend on the actual works; subject to the notice of the tenderee).
