*主要用于金属材料布氏硬度研究分析。本次招标设备布氏硬度计的品牌型号为威尔逊（Wilson）的BH3000、QATM的 Qness Q3000A+EVO或技术指标相当于以上品牌、型号的设备。

资金来源：现汇项目

2. 交货地点和交货时间：

交货地点：马钢检测中心产成品二作业区项目现场

交货时间：合同签订后4个月内CIP南京或上海机场。

3.*凡确认投标的投标人请登录中国国际招标网平台（http://www.chinabidding.com），务必在开标前注册为其会员并通过年检以获得投标资格，中标情况将在中国国际招标网公示。

4. 购买招标文件时间：2022年10月01日起到2022年10月12日止。

5. 招标文件费：招标文件英文版及中文版一套（电子版），若中文和英文版有冲突以中文版为准。

500.00元人民币或80.00美元整。

招标文件均按标段进行计价出售，投标人成功购标后，自行下载招标文件和投标文件模板。招标文件一经售出不得退还。

6. 投标截止时间和开标时间：2022年10月25日09时00分（北京时间）。投标人应于投标截止时间前在宝华智慧招标共享平台成功递交所有电子投标文件。

7. 开标方式：一步法。

9. *对投标人的资格要求：

（1）投标人为制造商的资格要求：1）中国关境外制造商须在其所在地注册登记；2）中国关境内制造商须具有营业执照。投标人为贸易商或代理商的资格要求：1）关境外投标人应在当地注册；2）中国关境内贸易商或代理商具有有效的营业执照；3）中国关境内、关境外贸易商或代理商均须获得制造商的授权；

（2）投标产品（同品牌）具有2019年1月1日（含，以合同签订时间为准）至今布氏硬度计供货业绩，具有相关业绩合同影印件（合同影印件中货物名称、技术参数、签章及签约时间页面须清晰可辨，必要时提供技术协议或业主证明材料、网站截图等补充证明材料）；

（3）未列入宝武集团禁入名单的供应商。

*It is mainly used for the research and analysis of Brinell hardness of metal materials. The brands and models of the equipment Brinell hardness tester in this bidding are Wilson bh3000, qatm qnessq3000a + Evo or equipment with technical indicators equivalent to the above brands and models.

2. Delivery time and place：

Delivery time：CIP Nanjing airport or Shanghai airport within 4 and a half months after the contract is signed.

Delivery place：site of Masteel Testing Center No. 2 operation area of finished products.

3. *The bidders who have confirmed to participate the bid must log on China International Bidding Website (http://www.chinabidding.com), and register. Please make sure you have registered and passed through the annual review before bidding. The awarding will be publicized on China International Bidding Website.

9. *Requirements of Bidder’s qualification：

（1）Qualification requirements for bidders as manufacturers: 1) Manufacturers outside China must be registered in their location; 2) Manufacturers in China must have a business license. Qualification requirements for the bidder to be a trader or agent: 1) Overseas bidders should be registered locally; 2) Chinese customs domestic traders or agents have valid business licenses; 3) China customs domestic and overseas traders or agents must be authorized by the manufacturer;

（2）The bidding product (of the same brand) has the supply performance of Brinell hardness tester from January 1, 2019 (inclusive, subject to the signing date of the contract) to now, and has a copy of the contract with relevant performance. The name of goods, technical parameters, signature and time of signing page in the photocopy of the contract shall be clearly legible（If necessary, supplementary supporting materials such as technical agreement or owner's supporting materials, website screenshots, etc. shall be provided）；

（3）Suppliers are not on Baowu Group's prohibited list.
