　　3． 有意向的投标人可从 2005年4月8日起，每天(节假日除外) 8:45至11:30及14:00至17:00(北京时间)在广州市环市中路316号金鹰大厦10楼广东省机电设备招标公司招标一处购买招标文件。
　　4． 招标文件售价：每套售价人民币850元(国内)或100美元(非现金)(国外)。招标文件售后不退。如需邮寄(仅限速递方式)每包须另加80元人民币(国内)或30美元(非现金)(国外)。招标机构不对邮寄过程中的遗失负责。
　　5． 所有投标书应于2005年4月28日上午9:30 (北京时间)之前递交到广州环市中路316号金鹰大厦10楼，广东省机电设备招标公司。所有迟于此时间的投标将会被拒绝。
