简要规则描述：为进一步排查和整治三林镇存在的安全隐患，本项目拟选取一家合适的服务单位为采购人提供三林镇安全生产综合巡查服务。服务内容包括但不限于：对辖区内小区、沿街商铺、农村自建房、出租房场所、厂房仓库、“三合一”场所等区域进行日常检查及督促整改；协助三林镇城市运行管理中心对以上区域开展日常检查、专项检查及重点时段、重大活动期间安全检查；协助三林镇城市运行管理中心展引导自查自纠、整改复查、消防安全宣传等工作等。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）
Brief Specification Description: In order to further investigate and rectify the potential safety hazards in Sanlin Town, the project intends to select a suitable service unit to provide comprehensive inspection services for safety production in Sanlin Town for the purchaser. /b12>The services include, but are not limited to: daily inspection and supervision of rectification in areas such as residential areas, shops along the street, rural self-built houses, rental houses, factories and warehouses, and "three-in-one" places within the jurisdiction; Assist the Sanlin Town Urban Operation Management Center to carry out daily inspections, special inspections and safety inspections during key periods and major activities in the above areas; Assist the Sanlin Town Urban Operation Management Center to guide self-inspection and self-correction, rectification and review, fire safety publicity, etc. (For details, please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements).
合同履约期限：本项目服务期限为12个月，具体以合同签订日期为准。
The Contract Period: The service period of this project is 12 months, which is subject to the date of signing the contract.

(2) Supporting welfare units for the disabled and treating them as small and micro enterprises;
(c)本项目的特定资格要求：（3）须系我国境内依法设立的法人或非法人组织（本项目不接受分公司以自己名义参加采购活动）；
（4）本项目不允许转包。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) It must be a legal person or unincorporated organization established in accordance with the law in China (this project does not accept branches to participate in procurement activities in their own names);
(4) Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
