技术规格：
（1）选型设计：为实现高水平的缺陷检出率和分类准确率，要求表检仪具备上下表面各4个通道检测能力且必须包括单独的侧场和单独的变形缺陷专用检测通道，另需有单独的孔洞检测通道；标配整卷质量判级系统。
（2）相机的功能要求：智能8k线扫描相机，内置FPGA，相机分辨率不低于0.12×0.12（横向*纵向）mm/pixel。
（3）表检仪带二次图像处理模块功能。
（4）综合缺陷检出率：≥ 99%、综合分类准确率：≥ 95%、系统的运行率：≥ 99.8%、扫描宽度范围：至少1800mm(带钢跑偏范围±10mm)。
（5）标配精整线动态回放系统7套，表检仪在C371~C376、C460共7条精整机组返修时，应具备动态回放功能、实时位置跟踪。
（6）其它要求详见招标技术文件。

交货时间：境外投标人：合同签订后6个月内交货（FCA）；境内投标人：合同签订后6个月交货（DDP）

（1）Selection and design: In order to achieve higher defect detectibility and classification accuracy, it is required that the Detector has the ability to detect 4 channels on each of the upper and lower surfaces, and shall include a separate side field and a separate deformation defect dedicated detection channel. In addition, a separate hole detection channel is required. An entire roll quality grading system is included as standard.
（2）Functional requirements of camera: intelligent 8k line scan camera with built-in FPGA, with a resolution not be less than 0.12x0.12 (horizontal * vertical) mm/pixel.
（3）Equipped with a secondary image processing module.
（4）Overall defect detectibility: ≥ 99%, Overall sorting accuracy: ≥ 95%, Operation rate of system: ≥ 99.8%, Scanning width range: at least 1,800mm (strip deviation range ± 10mm).
（5）Equipped with 7 sets of finishing line dynamic replay system as standard. When the Detector is used for maintenance on the 7 finishing lines from C371 to C376 and C460, it should have dynamic replay function and real-time position tracking.
