1.环境条件：
环境温度：-5℃~40℃
相对湿度：+40℃时不超过50%，+20℃时不超过90%
海拔高度：小于1000m

2．技术要求：
乙方须严格参照甲方提供电机要求附件及图纸进行设计。
2.1整个定子和转子采用无溶剂器真空压力浸渍处理（VPI）,温升不超过国标的规定。
2.2为防止电机长时间停机受潮，电机应安装防潮加热器，并配有专设的接线盒。
2.3电动机非传动侧装设的速度传感器由乙方负责提供，编码器参数资料由甲方提供给乙方，
由乙方负责相应的连接接口及支撑构件的制造。
2.4电机运转方向：正常生产时，单方向运转；事故状态下可以反转。
2.5电机带安装底座。
2.6电机轴直径65mm，键槽18mm；电机图设计完成后图纸需甲方进行确认。
2.7设备设计、制造、安装标准及出厂试验满足：

当电机在现场调试时，如甲方需要乙方派相关技术人员到现场服务，乙方将给予无偿协

助。电机产品的质量保证期为电机交付后，从使用之日起一年，在规定期内电机如出现制造
质量问题，由乙方给予无偿修理或更换，在接到投诉电话（国内）24小时内到达现场，并迅
速给予处理。
本协议一式两份，双方各执份，经双方签字后与商务合同一并生效。未尽事宜，双方
协商解决。
