3.Qualification Requirements For Bidder Qualifications or Performance：3.1 The Tenderer or one party of the consortium must be the manufacturer of the proposed internal mixer. 3.2 The Tenderer must provide the business license (business registration certificate) or business license certificate. 3.3 Performance requirements: From January 1, 2019 to the deadline for tendering (subject to the time when the contract or order is signed), the manufacturer of the proposed internal mixer shall have the sales performance of at least one internal mixer above 580L. Supporting materials: Copies of corresponding sales contracts or sales orders must be provided. Copies of sales contracts or orders must reflect the time of signing, contents, specifications and quantities of products to be sold, seals and signatures, and other key information; otherwise they will be regarded as invalid supporting materials.
