9. *对投标人的资格要求：

1、投标人须为制造商，资格要求： 1）中国关境外制造商须在其所在地注册登记。 2）中国关境内制造商须具有营业执照；
2、2017年1月1日（以合同签订时间为准）以来，投标人具有投标产品在4000m³以上高炉的供货业绩（供货业绩合同是指合同影印件，货物名称、高炉炉容及签章及签约时间页面须清晰可辨，必要时提供技术协议或业主证明材料）；
3、由于项目复杂，技术要求高，任何希望参与本项目的投标人均应在开标前与招标人联系开展技术交流，并签订技术协议。否则其投标将被拒绝。联系人：王志安，电话：18373141266；

2、Since January 1, 2017 （subject to the signing time of the contract）,the bidder has the supply performance of bidding products used on BF over 4000m³ （provide the copy of the contract, which should reflect the time of signing the contract, the information of the subject matter and the signature and seal of both parties etc.）；
3、Due to the complexity of the project and the high technical requirements, any bidder who wants to participate in the project should contact the bidder for technical exchanges and sign a technical agreement before the bid is opened.
