退火炉应采用先进、成熟、可靠、符合环保要求的工艺技术和设备。
在质量控制、钢种切换、故障预警等方面采用智能化的控制方法。
建立炉内气氛、温度的数学模型，炉内压力模型等，为工艺调整提供技术依据。
通过使用机器学习模型预测最有可能发生事故的时间，确定维护关键设备的最佳时间。
通过安装各类检测仪表对退火炉的关键设备进行监测，及时发现问题，减少事故的发生。

交货时间：合同签订后14个月内FOB

9. *对投标人的资格要求：
（1）未被国家企业信用信息公示系统(www.gsxt.gov.cn)列入严重违法失信企业名单;

（3）投标人应具有硅钢或碳钢或不锈钢退火炉设备的设计和设备供货业绩；
