1.4 技术要求：*该项目为国际招标项目，一旦中标，投标人必须是与买方签订本项目外贸合同的签约方。如投标人不具备与买方签订外贸合同的能力，将废除其投标（招标中必须谁投标、谁中标、谁签合同，不能甲投标，乙签合同）。
用于加工伺服阀滑阀副精密偶件配磨加工。系统包括数控磨削机床（以下简称机床），轴向开口位置及阀套内孔气体测量仪、轴向及径向在线测量系统、径向磨后测量系统、液力试验台、同步去毛刺装置等组成。通过该系统，解决阀芯零件外圆同阀套内孔间隙、阀芯工作边轴向位置尺寸精确控制问题，及阀芯工作边磨削中产生的毛刺在线同步去除问题。
*1设备设计、制造应符合ISO国际标准、中国环保要求和（CE）安全标准。
*2设备所有零部件和各种仪表和NC系统应全部采用国际单位（SI）标准
*3机床顶尖距：400mm
*4中心高：≥125mm
*5最大工件重量：≥30kg
*最佳加工精度：圆柱度≤0.001mm/100 mm，圆度≤0.0005mm

*10SIEMENS840D SL数控系统，NCU730.3B，PCU50.5-P，DPC、UA协议开放。
*11软件应包括各种外圆磨削程序，成型（X/Z）磨削程序以及各种砂轮修整程序，具有高精度直线、圆弧插补磨削功能。
*12液力试验台使用与航空煤油（3#喷气燃料GB6537）具有相同特性及防锈功能的安全介质，最大压力200bar，最大流量10 l/min。
*13压力精度：0.01MPa;
流量精度：0.5kg/h
*14全封闭防护装置齐全可靠，应符合GB15760-2004金属切削机床安全防护通用技术条件。工作区域设有照明。

* This project is an international bidding project. Once winning the bid, the bidder must sign the contract with the buyer for the foreign trade contract. If the bidder does not have the ability to sign a foreign trade contract with the buyer, he/she will abolish his bid （who has to bid, who won the bid, who will sign the contract, who cannot bid, and who can sign the contract）.
It is used for processing servo valve and sliding valve accessory precision coupling. System including the CNC grinding machine （hereinafter referred to as "machine tool"）, axial open position and valve set inside hole gas meter, the axial and radial online measuring system, the radial grinding after measuring system, hydraulic test rig, synchronous deburring device, etc. Parts through the system, solve the valve core and valve set inside the cylindrical hole clearance, the size of the valve core work and axial location accurate control problem, and the valve core work edge grinding of synchronization remove burrs online.

*12 hydraulic test bench has the same characteristics and anti-rust function of the safety medium of aviation kerosene （3 # jet fuel GB6537）, the maximum pressure of 200bar, maximum flow of 10 l/min.
*13 pressure accuracy: 0.01MPa;

*14 fully enclosed protective devices should meet the general technical requirements of GB15760-2004 metal cutting machine tool safety protection. The working area is equipped with lighting.
