（1）自动模式下，可修磨平直度≤7mm/m，整坯长度方向弯曲度≤80mm的方坯；
（2）手动模式下，可修磨平直度≤10mm/m，整坯长度方向弯曲度≤100mm的方坯；
（3）修磨压力: 200~1400kg (可调)；
（4）修磨砂轮恒定的线速度（电机控制范围内）：60~80 m/s可调；
(5) 更换砂轮时间≤15min；
其他技术要求详见招标文件技术部分。

2. 交货地点和交货时间：
交货地点：关境外设备：CIF上海港；关境内设备：宝钢股份条钢厂项目现场
交货时间：关境外设备交货时间：合同签订后6个月内（FOB）；关境内设备交货时间：合同签订后8个月内(DDP，宝钢股份条钢厂项目现场)

4. 购买招标文件时间：2023年07月13日起到2023年07月20日止。
5. 招标平台使用费：招标文件英文版及中文版一套（电子版），若中文和英文版有冲突以中文版为准。

招标文件均按标段进行计价出售，投标人成功购标后，自行下载招标文件和投标文件模板。招标文件一经售出不得退还。
6. 投标截止时间和开标时间：2023年08月03日09时30分（北京时间）。投标人应于投标截止时间前在宝华智慧招标共享平台成功递交所有电子投标文件。
7. 开标方式：一步法。

9. *对投标人的资格要求：
（1）未被国家企业信用信息公示系统(www.gsxt.gov.cn)列入严重违法失信企业名单;
（2）未被“信用中国”网站(www.creditchina.gov.cn)列入失信被执行人名单；
（3）投标人应具备有效的ISO9000系列质量管理体系认证证书之一或为欧冶工业品股份有限公司A3及以上供应商；
（4）投标人应为制造商，不接受代理商投标；
（5）投标人自2016年1月起至投标截止之日前，应具有不低于3套方坯全自动修磨（上料、修磨、下料全流程无人操作）成套设备供货业绩。

(3) The bidder has at least one valid certificate from ISO9000 quality management system or be A3 or above suppliers of Ouye Industrial Products Co Ltd；
（4）Bidders shall be manufacturers and bids from agents will not be accepted；
