2. Interested potential bidders may obtain further information and consult the tender documents from Sinochem Commercial Co., LTD.

3. Interested potential bidders may purchase the bidding document at the following place from 9:00 to 16:00 （Beijing time） on October 16, 2020 solstice every day （except holidays）. The price of the bidding document is RMB 1000 or usd 150, and the after-sale price is not refundable. Any legal person or other organization that has not received and purchased the bidding documents from Sinochem Commercial Co., Ltd. shall not participate in the bidding.
